What you will be able to do
- Reframe the fan sale as the fix for the four predictable failures, which are weak airflow, a dim light, motor hum and fans that will not stay in sync.
- State the five proof points with their published numbers, including Elite Series delivered lumens, sensorless DC efficiency, the lifetime motor warranty, the decibel rule and the multi-fan control limits.
- Tell the Elite Series from the Select Series and choose which one to lead with from what the shopper needs.
- Size a fan by room square footage, pick a downrod by ceiling height, and handle sloped ceilings and the blade count myth.
- Answer the eight common objections and run the five discovery questions that qualify Elite Series and multi-fan opportunities.
- Apply claim discipline by saying only published numbers and avoiding the five claims Modern Forms does not make.
